The Smart Parcel lockers can be installed at city terminals, metro stations, bus stations, universities, schools, apartments etc for drop off and pick up the parcels, E-commerce deliveries, documents transmittals etc At present Qatar Postal Service has implemented this service through our associate company to deliver their parcels.

• Customer can choose the desired locker when they shop online or intend to receive a parcel.
• The parcel company deliver the parcel to the requested smart parcel locker and intimate the receipient through sms. A security pin code will be sent by SMS to retrieve the shipment.
• Customer can collect the shipment from designated smart locker by entering the secret pin code at any time - 24/7.
• All updates/notifications can be integrated as per costumer requirements.
